1. Your Right to Cancel

According to Norwegian distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • For goods: The day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods
  • For services: The day the contract is concluded

3. Return Conditions

General Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Products must not have been mounted or installed
  • Custom or special-ordered products cannot be returned

Tyre-Specific Conditions

  • Tyres must have all original manufacturer stickers and labels
  • No mounting or balancing has been performed
  • Tyres must be free from damage, marks, or contamination
  • Seasonal tyres returned out of season may incur storage fees

Wheel-Specific Conditions

  • Wheels must be in original protective packaging
  • No mounting, balancing, or test fitting performed
  • Custom-finished rims cannot be returned

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days to notify your withdrawal
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship items using provided return label (if applicable)
  5. Inspection upon receipt at our facility
  6. Refund processing within 14 days of approved return

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
  • We recommend insured shipping for valuable items
  • Customer bears risk of loss during return shipping
  • Return shipping labels may be provided for convenience (cost deducted from refund)

6. Refunds

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price including original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs deducted unless we provided free return label
  • Any installation services are non-refundable

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-manufactured or personalized products
  • Products that have been installed or mounted
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date
  • Services fully performed with your prior express consent
  • Emergency mobile installation services

8. Defective Products

If products are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • Replacement or full refund provided
  • Extended return period may apply

9. Consumer Rights

This right of withdrawal is in addition to your rights under Norwegian consumer law, including rights related to defective products and warranties. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
