2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases of tyres, rims, and related services.

3. Products and Services

Tyres and Wheels

• All products are new unless specifically marked as used or refurbished
• Product specifications are provided by manufacturers
• We reserve the right to substitute products with equivalent alternatives
• Seasonal recommendations are advisory; final selection is customer responsibility

Installation Services

• Professional installation available at our facility or mobile service
• Installation includes mounting, balancing, and disposal of old tyres
• Customer vehicle must be in roadworthy condition for installation

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Process

• Orders are confirmed via email after payment verification
• Prices include VAT (MVA) as required by Norwegian law
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues

Payment Terms

• Payment required before shipment unless credit terms arranged
• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfer, invoice (approved customers)
• Business customers: Net 30 days payment terms with approved credit

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or supplier delays
• Risk transfers to customer upon delivery or pickup
• Customer responsible for inspection upon delivery
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

6. Warranties

Product Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by tyre/wheel manufacturers
• Warranty coverage varies by brand and product line
• Road hazard protection available as separate purchase
• Normal wear and tear not covered under warranty

Service Warranties

• Installation services guaranteed for 30 days
• Free re-balancing within 30 days if needed
• Warranty void if tyres serviced elsewhere within warranty period

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Vehicle damage not directly caused by our installation
• Performance in extreme driving conditions
• Delays in delivery or installation scheduling

8. Norwegian Consumer Rights

Consumer purchases are governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). This provides additional rights including:

• Right to complain about defects for 2-5 years depending on product type
• Right to repair, replacement, or refund for defective products
• Protection against unfair contract terms

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts. For consumer purchases, mandatory consumer protection laws apply regardless of these terms.
